The Teacher --If your concern involves a teacher or your child's progress in school, request a meeting with the teacher.

The Principal --If you feel the teacher was unable to help you, talk to your school principal.

The Superintendent-- If your problem is not handled to your satification by the principal, call and request a conference with the Superintendent
